Bondage IS Forplay, My Dear

Ok, so we’re a little bit twisted. So are a lot of our friends. A lot of people got a kick out of this design. I was joking around with a friend when this line came out. The design was originally going to be a woman tied up, but then I thought the arm and shackle with the chain would look better. I’m not really sure why I went with the newspaper comic style. I was playing around with different styles and effects, and when I hit on this one, I just loved the way it looked. I changed the font to a complimentary style, and overall I think this is a great piece for anyone out there that’s a little kinky, or just wants a to raise some eyebrows.

Marbled Blue Fighting Dragon

This was something I drew back in high school and revamped with some digital detailing for the store. I can’t remember where I saw the dragon this was based on. I did two versions. There was this one, and another in a longer pose without wings, which I did in gold foil on a handcrafted pine letter-opened case that I made for my first husband. I really love dragons, and I think the pose and style of this one is great. I went for blue because it’s my favorite color. I hope others enjoy it as much as I do.

I Love Animals… Battered and Fried by Briana Blair

I Love Animals (When Fried)

This one was inspired by Eric. He’s a Southern boy, and everyone knows there’s hardly anything a Southerner won’t deep-fry and eat. He’s a total carnivore. This was a joke I made about him. I had fun trying to figure out how to make the animals look like they’re battered and fried. And I had to use something a little out of the ordinary. I was going to go with a chicken and cow, but decided the sheep and lizard would be funnier. Funnier still was the fact that Eric said he’d eat either one!
